The Questions We Hear Most Often

What does a callout cost?

Nothing. The callout and assessment carry a $0 fee, so getting a licensed plumber to your door and a proper look at the problem costs you nothing. You only ever pay for work you have approved in writing.

Do you give the price before starting?

Always. Your plumber inspects the job properly, works out the complete fix, and hands you a fixed written price before any tools come off the van. If the figure does not suit, you owe nothing.

Can you come out at night or on weekends?

Yes. A licensed plumber answers the phone around the clock, including weekends and public holidays. When a main backs up after hours or a flexi hose lets go on a Sunday, the price carries no overtime loading, because nights and weekends are priced the same way as any other day.

Are the plumbers who attend actually licensed?

Every plumber on the team is fully licensed and insured under licence #275278C. The compliance certificates that protect your paperwork trail arrive with the invoice, without you ever needing to chase them up.

What does the Lifetime Labour Warranty cover?

It covers our workmanship for life, rather than for a fine-print window. If something we completed is not right, we come back and make it right at no cost, with no questions asked. That promise applies to every job, from a washer to a full drainage rebuild.

How quickly can a plumber reach me?

We hold the phone line open day and night and dispatch from nearby jobs, so response is fast, but we will never quote a minute count we cannot guarantee. Tell us the fault and we will give you an honest arrival window.

Do you handle small jobs as well as big ones?

Both. A dripping tap gets the same licensed attention as a full drainage rebuild, and the $0 call out applies no matter how small the job turns out to be.

Can older brick homes be worked on without damage?

Yes. Many homes here are double-brick from the post-war decades, and we work with the materials the house actually has, protecting tiles, skirtings and render while we access the pipes behind them.

Why do drains in this area keep blocking with tree roots?

The mature gums and large garden trees on generous blocks push roots hard, and many homes from the 1950s to 1970s build-out still run their original jointed clay earthenware drains. Those ageing joints let fine roots through, and a CCTV drain inspection shows what the roots have done before anyone quotes a fix.

Should I repair or replace an ageing hot water unit?

If the tank itself is sound, replacing a failed element or thermostat often restores full output for a fraction of the cost, so repair is worth testing first. A tank that weeps at its base or rusts through is different, and replacement becomes the honest answer.

Do sloping blocks change how drainage work is done?

They do. The shale-capped ridge and the gullies falling toward the bushland concentrate run-off across the lower parts of many lots, so drainage here is about managing flow, not just clearing a blockage. Our drainage team designs dispersal and capture around what the slope does in a summer storm.

Can you handle filters, cameras and appliances as well?

Yes. Alongside the everyday repair work, the same team fits water filters, connects dishwashers and appliances, and runs backflow testing to Sydney Water standards. One call covers the whole property rather than a different trade for each fixture.

Which nearby suburbs do you cover?

We work across Pymble, Gordon, Turramurra, Belrose and St Ives Chase, each with its own page describing what that suburb's housing and terrain mean for plumbing. If you sit on the boundary, the fastest answer is a call.
